1. About DoAdvert
DoAdvert operates a mobile digital outdoor advertising platform using LED advertising delivery boxes mounted on delivery riders’ scooters or motorcycles.
Our services enable brands to display advertisements through mobile outdoor media while riders earn compensation for displaying advertisements during their normal riding activities.
DoAdvert does not provide delivery services, scooters, motorcycles, or employment to riders.
2. Use of the Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website
- Interfere with the security or operation of the website
- Reproduce or distribute website content without permission
- Use the website in any way that may damage the reputation of DoAdvert
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website where misuse is detected.
3. Rider Participation
Individuals may apply to participate in the DoAdvert advertising program.
To participate, riders must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Hold a valid driving licence appropriate for the vehicle used
- Own or have lawful use of a scooter or motorcycle
- Maintain valid vehicle insurance
- Ensure their vehicle complies with road safety regulations
Participation in the program does not create an employment relationship between the rider and DoAdvert.
Riders operate as independent participants.
4. Advertising Delivery Boxes
DoAdvert installs LED advertising delivery boxes (“Ad Boxes”) onto participating riders’ vehicles.
All equipment remains the property of DoAdvert.
Participants must not:
- Modify or tamper with the equipment
- Attempt to open or alter the device
- Remove or block advertising displays
- Allow unauthorised third parties to access the equipment
DoAdvert may remove or service equipment at any time.
5. Payments
Riders may receive compensation for operating the Ad Box while riding.
Payments may depend on:
- Active riding time
- Device connectivity and performance
- Compliance with program requirements
DoAdvert reserves the right to withhold payments if:
- Equipment has been tampered with
- Fraudulent activity is detected
- Program terms are violated
6. Advertising Content
DoAdvert controls all advertising content displayed on the Ad Boxes.
Riders cannot modify or control the advertisements shown.
DoAdvert does not guarantee advertising impressions or campaign results. Advertising exposure may vary depending on location, traffic conditions, rider activity, and other external factors.
7. Equipment Responsibility
Participants must take reasonable care of DoAdvert equipment.
If equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged, participants must notify DoAdvert promptly.
Participants may be responsible for costs if damage results from negligence or misuse.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DoAdvert is not responsible for:
- Road accidents involving riders
- Damage to vehicles
- Delivery service disputes
- Loss of income
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including branding, design, text, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to DoAdvert.
Content may not be copied or reused without written permission.
10. Termination
DoAdvert may suspend or terminate participation in the rider program if:
- These Terms are violated
- Equipment is misused
- Fraudulent activity is detected
- Safety concerns arise
Upon termination, DoAdvert equipment must be returned.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
